International Travel is Back: The Destinations You Can Fly to from Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane

Now that international travel is a reality again, it’s time to stop dreaming and start chasing your wanderlust again.

It’s no secret Australians are ready to start globetrotting again. For more than 20 months, the closest we’ve been to international travel is updating your Zoom background). But now, our borders are reopening and international travel is back on the cards.

Qantas and Jetstar have revealed their first selection of destinations that wanderlust Aussies can escape to. For now, travelling privileges are reserved for Australians who are fully vaccinated, with a vaccine passport and from a state or territory that has reached the 80% vaccine threshold.

It’s time to dust off that suitcase and find (or renew) your passport because the world is opening. Here are the destinations with direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane departing from 1 November.

Honolulu – from 20 December
