Purnululu National Park – Bungle Bungle Range flight

One of only 16 UNESCO Natural World Heritage Sites in Australia, the park is spread over 240,000 hectares and includes the spectacular sandstone towers and rock sculptures of the Bungle Bungle Range. Learn more about the Aboriginal connection to the ancient place, how they thrived in such remote wilderness and the traditions that continue to this day.

The jewel in Cape Le Grand National Park’s crown is Lucky Bay, Australia’s whitest beach – even the kangaroos can’t resist lounging in the sun here. Look beyond the azure waters to admire the awe-inspiring seascape created by the 110 islands of the Recherche Archipelago beyond. Keep an eye out for migrating whales between July and October. 

With five kilometres of white sand and no crowds to battle, you’re sure to find a patch of paradise to splash in the shallows or cast a line.  

Exmouth – Swim with whale sharks at Ningaloo Reef

Exmouth is one of the few places in the world where you’ll have the chance to get up close and personal with a huge variety of majestic marine life, including awe-inspiring whale sharks. Swim a few metres through some of the clearest water on Earth and you’ll encounter the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef the world’s largest fringing reef. It is here, between March and August each year, that the experience of a lifetime awaits: the opportunity to swim with whale sharks. It’s a true bucket-list adventure made for those willing to take the plunge.  

Exmouth – Trek across the glistening Ningaloo Coast

Experience the exceptional beauty of Cape Range National Park and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Coast on a journey that spans millennia. Start at the rugged Cape Range, hiking along canyons and breathtaking rocky gorges carved by ancient river systems, before venturing down to the pristine sands of Turquoise Bay or Ningaloo lagoon for a refreshing swim. Wave hello to unique local wildlife, listen to the sound of the wind in the spinifex grasses or soak up sensational panoramic views of the Ningaloo Coast from ancient wave-cut terraces.
